For Real-Currency Purchases:
Prices listed and quoted are in USD, and I can only take payment through Paypal.
For commissions quoted at $10 and under, I take full payment up front. I will send sketches for your approval before finishing the work - all revisions to the commission must be made during this sketching period. Revisions requested after the image is finished will incur further fees.
For commissions over $10, a 50% deposit is to be made up front, with the remainder to be paid after we have come to an agreement on the initial sketch. As above, all revisions are to be made in this sketching period, and any revisions requested after the image is finished will incur further fees.
For All Purchases:
Payments are non-refundable, except in the case where I am unable to complete your commission. In this instance you will be entitled to a partial or full refund, proportionate to the work already completed.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your commission at any time. I will refuse commissions with themes I am uncomfortable with or that conflict with Dappervolk's own TOS.
My turnaround time is usually within 1 week. My workflow is first-come, first-serve, so if you commission me when there is a queue, the turnaround time will very likely be longer than that. If you have a certain deadline for a commission, please discuss it with me before any payments are made! Sometimes I must refuse commissions with deadlines due to general life circumstances or extensive queues. I would rather do that upfront than have you out of pocket.
Commissioned works are to be used for non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise discussed. Commercial agreements may or may not incur further fees; the discussions are mostly so that I can ensure that my art, and your commission, is not being stolen by a third party and used for commercial purposes.
